The positioning pile trolley system equipped on the large cutter suction dredger produced by our company includes lifting pile, braking pile, reversing pile, piling, translation and buffering, and other auxiliary equipment. The pile body of large stranded and suction positioning pile is made of steel pipe and welded, while the small positioning pile is also made of seamless steel pipe directly. Non-roundness of large pile diameter < ±5mm, non-straightness of length direction < ±5. The positioning pile material is welded structural steel with high strength, double-sided welding is adopted at the welds, X-ray inspection is carried out at the joints, and ultrasonic inspection is used for the longitudinal welds. A cone-shaped cast-steel pile head is installed at the bottom top of the positioning pile to facilitate the insertion of the positioning pile into the underwater soil layer. Large positioning pile is poured into cement inside the pile body, and there are water inlet and outlet holes at the lower end to increase the weight of the pile itself.
